At Linqup, we do not offer refunds but are open to exchanges within a specific time frame or under particular conditions, such as manufacturing defects. Warranty Policy

You are eligible for a free replacement if your Linqup product loses its functionality (such as NFC not working or QR code not scanning) within 15 days of your order being marked as delivered. Additionally, if you are a company with any Linqup product, you can apply for a 1-year warranty. Please contact us at linqup.eg@gmail.com for further assistance regarding warranty claims.
